       St. Matthew played an excellent game as they certainly deserved, and were very close to getting their first win on the year!  The girls had the lead for the most part of the game, and were getting very good looks at the basket throughout the entire game.  They also played a very good defense, applied pressure throughout, and ran down every loose ball.  Despite our record, these girls are an extremely athletic bunch and their hard work and determination is definitely going to pay off for them in the very near future.
